Special Payment Plan: Current SAMANA low-entry payment-plan campaign with Oqood registrationSAMANA's official page announces two payment structures across its entire inventory, paired with Oqood registration through the Dubai Land Department. The 80-month option requires 5% down, 1% monthly for 80 months, and 5% milestone payments in months 6, 12 and 18. The 50-month option requires 2% at booking followed by 2% monthly for the next 49 months. DLD registration, Oqood and administration charges are separate.
